GLENDALE, Ariz. -- This is the WEC 53 live blog for Bart Palaszewski vs. Kamal Shalorus, a lightweight bout on tonight's WEC on Versus event from the Jobing.com Arena.

Shalorus (6-0-2) fought Jamie Varner to a split decision at WEC 49 in June. Palaszewski has won his last three WEC fights over Zach Micklewright, Karen Darabedyan and current title challenger Anthony Pettis.
