Tropical Storm Tomas Postpones Nemesis Show in Dominican Republic

An MMA show in the Dominican Republic scheduled for Nov. 13 has been postponed because of the possibility of severe weather around the time of the event.

A source with knowledge of the situation told MMA Fighting on Tuesday that the "MMA Global Invasion" show being put on by Nemesis Fight Promotions at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Punta Cana has moved to Dec. 11. The source said the promotion elected to postpone the event rather than risk the potential tropical storm or hurricane.
